The MS MindShift: A new brain-first perspective of MS

With evolving research and a deeper understanding of the brain’s role in multiple sclerosis (MS), there’s a real opportunity to rethink the way we look at the disease.
The MS MindShift is an initiative built to help you understand the key role the brain plays in MS, and what you can do to help keep your brain as healthy as possible, for as long as possible. That includes learning about brain preservation—which focuses on four key aspects of the brain as it relates to MS.

The MS MindShift initiative offers free live educational events that focus on helping people understand the critical role the brain plays in multiple sclerosis (MS). You’ll learn about healthy lifestyle choices that can help preserve your brain and its function, the impact of changes in grey matter, and ways your brain can work around MS lesions.

Each event includes:

  • Stories of personal journeys shared by people living with MS
  • Presentations from leading MS specialists on the brain's critical role in MS
  • Interactive sessions led by experts on brain-healthy lifestyle choices that you can make every day
  • Plus, opportunities to connect with others living with MS
